Dec 09: The celestial stage awaited as Rosa Mystica PU College presented their grand Annual Day Celebration on a tranquil evening of November 29th 2023, Rosa Mystica PU College bore witness to a grand spectacle: the Annual Day Celebration for the students of PU Students.
The exciting event commenced with a majestic Guard of Honour, followed by the Dignitaries royal entry, escorted by the college band led by Raksha. The President of the event, Rev Sr Cicilia Mendonca BS, the Provincial Superiorand Corporate Manager Presided over the occasion, with the esteemed presence of Mr Chandrahas Shetty Narala, Prop. Asar Industries Narala, Mr Wilfred Eugine Pinto, Chairman and Additional Director, Manasa, Mr Rostan Lobo, Owner Unisex GYM, Vamanjoor, Sr Leera Maria Bs, Superior Rosa Mystica Convent, Sr Gracy Monica BS, Correspondent, gracing the event as the Chief Guest. The presence of the College Principal, Sr Dr Sadhana BS, PTA Execuative committee members and Heads of Rosa Mystica Insitution added to the grandeur of the event, creating a magical atmosphere. In a grand spectacle of artistry and grace, the wondrous choir group opened the event with the mellifluous melodies. The audience enraptured by the dancers’ rhythmic feet, tapping in unison to the welcoming tune, as Sr Dr Sadhana BS, the college Principal, greeted them with gracious words.
The ensuing cultural events left the audience spellbound, with the students’ performances leaving an indelible impression. The mesmerizing Kannada play ‘WINGS OF DREAMS’ was captivated the audience with its spectacular performances by the students. An awareness performacne on ‘say no to Drugs’ was a majestic display of students’ consciousness about the ongoing threat to life in youth. The college achievements and projects were showcased through an Annual Report, digitally presented to the audience.
Thr President of the event, Sr Cicilia Mendonca BS, Provincial Superior and Corporate Manager echoed the sentiment, congratulating the students on their remarkable display of talent. She expressed heartfelt appreciation to the Principal and staff for the intricately planned and flawlessly executed event. She encouraged parents to stand by the college and support their children’s interests in sports, academics and co-curricular activities. She called up to the students always keep dreaming and striving for greater heights. The event was hosted by Mrs Sujatha and Esha who added sweet aroma to the programme. Ms. Melisha expressed gratitutde to all who contributed to the success of the event.
