June 2: 2 June 2017 is the historical day in the history of Bethany Higher Primary School, Bilagula as it marked the opening ceremony of first batch of X Std. The new batch comprises of 33 blooming buds. The inauguration programme commenced at 12 pm, graced by the presence of Rev. Fr Paul Machado, Parish priest, Mr Ronald the Parish Council Secretary, Mr Gajesh the well wisher and Sr Margaret representative from Bethany Management.
The students of X Std marched to the dais to receive light and blessings from Rev. Fr. Paul Machado and joined the chorus “This little guiding light of mine...”. Rev. Fr Paul advised the students to have passion, ability to learn and relearn, to have focus and right attitude. Mr Gajesh stressed finding ones ways to be happy. On behalf of all, Sr Maria flora, the Headmistress wished well everyone and expressed sentiments of gratitude.
