Mr H.R. Ravishankar, Asst Teacher (P.C.M.) of Ave Maria High School, Sirsi got retired on 31.05.2018 from his service having served for 35 years. The farewell programme was presided over by Sr Assumpta, Corporate Manager of Western Province, appreciated his loving and committed services to the institution. Sr Pierine, the Education Coordinator of the Province was the Chief Guest and read out the appreciation letter of the Secretary BES Mangalore, Sr Jeevan BS, Deputy Secretary was the Chief Guest honoured him on her behalf.
Mr Vivek recalled his meritorious services. Sisters from Dharwad, teachers of Ave Maria Primary, retired teachers, parents and well-wishers were present on the occasion. His generosity, dedication and numerous qualities were placed on record. He was applauded for his achievements in the field of Mathematics and Science. He took initiative to train students for National Children’s Science Congress and accompanied them to participate at the National Level for 8 years and bagged prizes, also helped in project presentation. Video clips of his achievements were displayed and it was a flash back of his sweet memories. We wish him peaceful retired life.
