Michelle Queenie D’ Costa has secured the 387th Rank among 15,008 in the Union Public Services Commission (UPSC). She is the daughter of Mr Lazarus and Mrs Nancy D’ Costa, hailing from Neerude, Mangalore, Karnataka State.
