Oct 18: It was implicit experience for the students of Sacred Heart Convent School, Barnala troops to visit the birth place of Bethany Congregation, Bendur was just like a wish granted by Aladdin’s Jin. Indeed, it was one of the highest pilgrimage of our educational journey, accompanied by Sr. Jacqline Stella and staff.
The knowledge and the hands-on experience that we received at St. Sebastian’s Church, Bethany Generalate and Bethany Heritage centre was eternal and insightful. Each soul was touched beyond words with the adorable way of Sr Helirata in disseminating the information thus acquainting us with the provocating history of the hard earned success of our congregation.
Our spirit have determined now to follow the legacy and work diligently in all the endeavours of our lines. It was an honour for us to meet Sr. M Rose Celine, the Superior General, Sr. Lillis, the Asst. Superior general Sr. Mariette, the councilor and other members of Mangalore Province and we are indebted to them for their warm reception and hospitality.
