Sep 24: The Cluster Level Athletics meet took place on 17th and 18th of September, 2018 at Mulki. It was a thrilling experience to the students and honour to Bethany High School, Kilpady, Mulki, as boys and girls individually became champions in the Cluster Level getting qualified to participate in Taluk Level Athletics. Students participated in all the events of the Athletics. Among boys Noyel of class X won Individual championship winning in High Jump, Long Jump and Javelin throw, Suraksha of class IX 200, 400 metres and Long Jump, and Fawaz of class VIII 100, 200 metres, and Relay bringing laurels to the school.
In Athletics, boys won in events like Relay, High Jump, 100, 200, 400mts race, Discuss throw, Javelin throw and Long jump. Girls excelled in Athletics like100, 200, 400mts race, Javelin throw, Relay and Discuss throw.
It was a joy to celebrate the Championship won by our students and to encourage them to play for the Taluk Level. We congratulate Mr Sharath the P.E teacher of the school and all the staff for their hard work in training the students to excel in sports.
