Oct 16: 13th October was a colourful and memorable day for Holy Cross Convent School Dhrmanagar as it kept up the Parents’ Day. Theme of the Celebration was “Glory of God, Fullness of life”. Smt. Aditi Majumdar Aditional Magistrator and Collector North Tripura District was the Chief Guest; Guest of Honour Sr Edleburgh BS Provincial Councillor and Co-ordinator for Education, and Shri. Subrata Paul OSD Department of Education Dharmanagar. A galaxy of intellectuals, Fathers and Sisters from the neighboring mission centers, many invitees, well-wishers and Parents witnessed the luminous show. The Auditorium was packed to its capacity. The students depicted all the seven Core Values of BES through dances, Miming, Pyramid, symphony of musical instruments etc. Chief Guest in her address congratulated the Students on their spell bound performance and applauded the Management for the sacrifice and excellence in imparting education. Sr Edleburgh stressed on meditation and imparting positive values and responsibility of the parents in Educating their ward. Shri Subrata Paul on behalf of the Education Department recognized the service of the Bethany and wished the Management bright success. The celebration ended with a beautiful message ‘to heal the world’. This gathering brings the entire Management, Staff, Parents and students under one umbrella of BES. Kudos to the young artists of Holy Cross Dharmanagar.
