August 23: The patriotic fervor and love for the nation was showcased by the students of ix-a, b & c who presented a beautiful cultural programme on the occasion of Independence Day. The Chief Guest of the day was Dr (Mrs) Mukti Gill, presently Principal of Khalsa College for women Ludhiana. Prayer song, Patriotic song and an English skit meaning of being independent all the items were very enriching with Love and Respect for the country. The Chief Guest addressed the audience and advised the children to be happy & contented. She gave away Merit Certificates to 11 Students for toppers, sub toppers and 95% and above in the 10th board exam.
