Dec 16: Childrens’day was very special for Stellites at Stella Maris Convent Senior Secondary School, Sultanpur for it celebrated Annual Sports Day for students. The chief guest, CDO Sultanpur, Mr Ramesh Kumar Mishra unfurled the School Flag and released the lamps along with Principal Sr Shamitha as a sign of enlightenment. He stressed on the need of Sports and games in student’s life. Many inter house events like 400m relay race, three legged race, 100m race, shot put throw, etc were organized. Students from various classes presented a beautiful, coloured cultural programme and marshal-art display. Prizes were given away by the chief guest Mr Mishra, Sr Shamitha, Ex Alumini Mr Sudheer and teachers to the winners of different sports. The message “Khelo aur parho, age bhi barho” has reached to all the students.
