Jan 02 : An orientation on self-defence was conducted in three batches for students from VI-XII. Mr Gaurav and his team of trainers conducted the orientation. The motto was to Defend-Deter-Decimate. The young trainers used demonstrations to speak on self-defence, involving students. Various life situations of being attacked and caught unaware were taken up and modes of defending oneself were taught. Motivational lecture was also given by Col. Manjeet Singh admin officer 19PB BN NCC Ludhiana to the students of Std VIII encouraging them to join NCC. He talked about discipline as the outcome of being part of NCC.
