“Good bye may seem forever, but in our hearts are their memories and there you all will always be”.
The investiture ceremony took place on 1st February, 2020 which marked the inaugural of the new cabinet members of 2020-21. This ceremony was graced by the Chief Guest, Mr Srinath Hebbar - Proprietor of Land Trades, Principal, Vice – Principal, Staff , Parents and students.
The students of Std X handed over their responsibilities to the students of Std IX. The Head boy Sonal D’Souza and Head girl Anjali Singh were nominated to lead the cabinet. The young leaders stood upright with their heads held high and hearts in humility as each picked up their precious position.
A formal farewell ceremony was arranged for the students of Std X. Blessings were sought from God by a prayer service followed by the welcome speech. A thematic dance was performed depicting various stages of a child’s life from birth to college. A power point presentation was shown of their stay at St Theresa’s School right from Kindergarten to Std X.
The programme was further kept up, by brief but valuable messages. The students were offered mementos as a token of love. Finally the ceremony was concluded by an entertainment dance and farewell song that arouse the emotion of nostalgia in the hearts of Std X students.
