Feb 29: Holy Cross Convent School, Dharmanagar celebrated auspiciously the 124th birth anniversary of the great warrior and leader Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on 23rd January 2020, with the District Education Department, Government of Tripura. The celebration took place at the common ground where 20 Schools participated. Day began with the Flag hoisting by Shri. Biswabandhu Sen Deputy. Speaker, State Legislative Assembly Government of Tripura. At the Road show Students depicted different things related to ideology, freedom movement and contributions of Netaji. The Chief Guest was amazed by the efforts from the students as the rally that went through the streets of Dharmanagar. Certainly, spectators lined both sides of the streets during the event.
Indeed, Holy Cross Convent School, Dharmanagar received a huge appreciation from all the bystanders. It was for the first time the District authorities arranged the event. Let our children grow in love, patriotism and respect for all.
