March 13: March 8th was a Soul Searching Day for the Staff of Sacred Hearts' Eng Med School, Kulshekar as the day was marked as International Women’s Day. We had retreat cum Seminar. Dr Sr Severina Menezes, SAP opened the treasure hidden in oneself and others. “Be Positive” was the call given to us. We were trained in counselling too. She inspired us to make the teaching very practical and enriching by knowing the background of each child and reaching them out individually with affection and love.
At the end, Inner healing session was conducted.It helped us to know the self and the need of other person in our journey of life. It was also the right time for us to reconcile with each other and restore the friendly relationship. We are grateful to our Headmistress, Sr. Lavita for her thoughtfulness and finding an apt resource person. Mr Vincent Lasrado voiced the vote of thanks.
