Feb 01: Winter is not a season it’s a celebration, Says Anamika Mishra. This season is characterized by cold wind, snow fall, show days and long nights. On 19th of January we celebrated Winter Day in St Raymond Pry School, Vamanjoor. Students wore jackets, hats, scarves, gloves and joined the celebration. Sr Lavita, the Headmistress addressed the children saying “winter is very pleasant and cold. In this season, we need warm clothes, sweaters, blankets, quilts” etc. Class teachers Sr Hencil and Mrs Jyothi Floret Pinto taught Rhymes and showed some woolen clothes which are used during winter season.
