National Science day is celebrated all over India with great enthusiasm on 28th of February every year in order to remember the great invention by the Indian physicist Chandrashekara Venkata Raman of the Raman effect on the same day in the year 1928. This year’s theme is “Integrated approach in Science and technology for a sustainable future”.
Scientific attitude enriches one’s knowledge. In order to empower the students with scientific temper we celebrated science day by organizing quiz competition, presentation of innovative projects. Science teachers demonstrated the models & conducted experiments.
Sr. Betty D’Costa, the Headmistress advised the students to develop scientific attitude and ability to reason and become future scientists. It was indeed a very knowledgeable day.
