May 17: If it takes a big heart to help shape little minds then Stella Maris Convent School, Narayanpur possesses the same. An Orientation Programme for parents of K.G children was organized by the institution on 20th April, 2022 under the leadership of Sr Shamita, the Principal, to make the parents feel that their children will bloom in the soil of love and care.
The programme began with invocation of God’s blessings through a prayer dance by the students of class 3 followed by lighting of Diya by the honourable chief guest Dr J.P. Singh and Sr Shamita. The little Stellites welcomed the audience with great zeal, singing a beautiful welcome song. The Principal acquainted the Parents with the goal, vision, aims and objectives, and core values of the school in detail through her message.
Children are fragile; they need to be handled with care. The chief guest highlighted the sensitive issue of positive parenting. A folk dance presented by the students of std. 2 was no less than a rainbow in the sky of S.M.C Narayanpur. The programme ended with a note of gratitude for both the Chief Guest and the parents. Parents left the campus with lofty hopes that the all round formation of their children would be attended to with love and care. With this positive attitude the parents placed their toddlers at the right place and in the right hands.
