August 26: Bethany English Medium School, Kilpady in Collaboration with Dakshina Kannada Zilla Panchayat School Education and Literacy Department, Block Education Department Mangalore North Zone hosted the Volleyball Tournament on August 22, 2022 at our school grounds. The inaugural ceremony began at 9.00 am with a prayer song. The program was presided by Sr.Mary Lyta, the Correspondent , Sr Mariola the Local Manager , Fr Sylvester, the Parish Priest Immaculate Church Mulki , Mr Bharath K Inspector of Physical Education Mangaluru , Mrs Leelavati President, Mr Gopinath Padang , the Vice President of Grama Panchayat Kilpady, Mr Venkatesh Hebbar Dhanvantari Ayurvedic Products and Member of Lions club and Mrs Vivila Pinto CRP Mulki Cluster, Mrs Jyoti CRP Padu Panambur , Mrs Lancy D Almeida ,the Vice President of Parents Teacher Association and Sr Veena, Principal, Madeleine PU College, Mulki as the Chief guests. Headmistress Sr Rita Sharal welcomed the gathering, the programme was compered by Mrs Malathi, Mrs Savitha proposed the vote of thanks.
11schools from Mulki Cluster A and B participated in the tournament. The closing ceremony was presided over by Sr Rita Sharal the Headmistress of Bethany Primary School, Mr Kiran Suvares, Mr Rajesh Suvares, the guests of honour and Mr Lancy DAlmeida PTA Vice President were present for the same. The closing ceremony was compered by Mr Harish. Mrs Malathi proposed the vote of thanks.
