Dec 13: St. Joseph’s Convent School, Kalpetta which poured the light of knowledge and brightened the lives of thousands of students inaugurated the celebrations of the Golden Jubilee year of the school on 18th November 2022 while celebrating its 49th Annual Day, ‘CLOUD NINE’.
Rev. Sr. Josephin Shylaja, Superior and the Local Manager welcomed the dignitaries. Rev. Sr. Judy Varghese, the Provincial Superior and Corporate Manger presided over the function and gave an inspirational message. The celebrations of the Golden Jubilee year were inaugurated by Adv. T Siddhique, MLA of Kalpetta constituency in the distinguished presence of A Geetha IAS, the District Collector. 50 colourful balloons were released to the sky by our Alumni representing their 50 colourful years.
The Logo of the Golden Jubilee year was designed by Mr. Krishnan T P and Sr. Abbadhasari Anjali, was released by Rev. Fr. Sebastian Karakkat, the Parish Priest. The Annual Report was presented by Principal Rev. Sr. Deena John along with a few students. The Golden Jubilee project that is “Construction of an open auditorium was announced by Mr. Baiju, PTA president and the first contribution was made by Mr from Mr. Shaji N George, the ex- student of our school.
Head Girl Kumari Zeba Noushad and the head boy master Diyon Isaac Thomas proposed the vote of thanks.
