The closing of the Platinum Jubilee (75 years) celebration of Bethany Educational Society was held at Rosa Mystica and Bethany Education Institutions, Kinnikambla on September 15, 2023 with a Eucharistic Celebration. The Holy Eucharist was officiated by Rev. Fr Melvin Lobo SJ the Principal of St. Aloysius Gonzaga School Mangalore and Rev. Fr Rudolph Pinto OCD.
After the Holy Eucharist, to mark the closing of the Platinum Jubilee year, Peace March was organized in the campus. All the students marched towards the ground, clutching pluck cards and shouting the slogans related to Priorities of BES i.e Justice, Liberty, Equality, Fraternity and Care for the Mother Earth. Sr Gracy Monica, the Correspondent, Sr Leera Maria, the local manager and Superior of Rosa Mystica Convent, Rev. Fr Melvin Lob, Rev. Fr Rudolph Pinto, Mrs Lavina Lobo, Principal Rosa Mystica Teacher Training Institution, Sr Sadhana, Principal Rosa Mystica PU college, Sr Anitha Tressy, Principal Bethany School CBSE, Sr Lolita Pereira,
Headmistress Rosa Mystica High School, Sr Lilly D'Souza, Headmistress Rosa Mystica Higher Primary School, Mr Lion Jeffrey President of Lion Club, PTA Vice Presidents of the School, faculty and students took part in this meaningful event. Saplings were planted to commemorate the end of the platinum Jubilee year.
