Dec 16: The “Stress Management and Career Guidance” program was conducted in the Jyothi P U College Campus for the 2nd year P U students on 6th December 2023.
The Program was hosted by Mrs. Lakshmi Singh B, Professor of Mathematics from M.S. PU & Degree College .She is also a State Resource Person for Mathematics, Educational Advisor and Counselor.
The theme was well conceptualized by Mrs. Lakshmi, as she began the seminar on a brief introduction on Stress Management and also educated the students on Career Guidance, she spoke about different types of courses to be pursued after Completion of 2nd PU. She also educated the students on how to overcome Stress and other Distractions during exams period.
The Seminar was very informative for Students as they came to know different career Paths which can be pursued after their PU, they also understood the importance of Scoring Good Marks in the upcoming Board Exams.
