Birth of Jesus Christ a Joyful Tone - Sulantu

Jan 03: Bethany School, Sulantu celebrated the birth of Jesus Christ with a joyful tone. Programme began with class 6 children announcing their ‘Joy to the world’. A play on the birth of Christ was the highlight of Christmas celebration. Primary children dressed as angels presented a dance rejoicing at the birth of Jesus, Singing Gloria. Sr Saritha, the Principal spoke about the significance of Christmas. The festivity included carols singing, music and dance, arrival of Santa Claus brought tremendous joy to the little children. They all joined him in dancing and singing, receiving Christmas cake. Non- Formal school children too joined in celebrating the Joy of Christmas.
