Jan 09: It was a long Educational Tour for the students of St Mary’s High School, Arsikere. 87 students along with 11 Staffs joined this excursion party from 25 December 2017 to 02 January 2018.
We visited places like Koodalasangama, Golgumbaz in Karnataka. Then proceeded to Maharashtra, hear we visited Pandarapura temple, famous Shirdi Sri Sai temple for Darshan. Ellora Caves, Mini Taj Mahal, and then proceeded to Nasik, Mumbai. In Mumbai we were thrilled to travel in sea at the India Gate and visited the famous Elephanta Caves. Sea Link was awesome.
We proceeded to Mary Mount Church at Bandra, visited Science Centre, Nehru Planetarium and Beach. After spending time at Dadar market, we started our journey back to Arsikere. On our way back we visited Suvarna Soudha. The surrounding vista and the beauty of the building was so attractive to our eyes. We were permitted to visit the entire building. The halls of meeting of MLC and MLA, Central hall were all amazing. We reached back to Arsikere on 2 January 2018 in the morning.
