June 11: “Plant a tree plant new life" "Each one plant one" is the slogan that was put into practice by the students of St Joseph's High School, K.R Nagar on 5th June celebrating "World Environment Day". The students of our school planted saplings with all zeal and enthusiasm to save Mother Earth. Our Headmistress Sr Betty took the initiative and the teachers accompanied and guided the students in plantation process. The Headmistress addressed the students on the importance of planting trees and its benefits, over the Mother Earth. She made us aware of our responsibilities in saving and protecting our mother earth and realizing the importance of trees for Mother Nature.
