Aug 28: The Programme was organised by Rev Fr Prashanth D'souza SJ, the Director of Vidyaniketan in Collaboration with Rev. Fr Dion Vaz SJ, Rector of St Aloysius College, Mangalore and Fr Gerald from Bijapur and Prof Shivanand Shettar from Gandhian Centre. Fr Prashanth SJ, explained the different generations. Greatest Generation, Mature/Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y and Generation Z. He also explained the Characteristics of Adolescents.
Fr Dion Vaz SJ, spoke on Traditional VS Natural Learning Approach to Teaching, Standard Symbols for Genogram, Traits of a healthy family, Multiple Intelligences by Harvard Gardener, Method to find out one's Strengths and Mentoring.
Prof Shivanand Shettar spoke on Secular fabric of India and Fr Gerald spoke on Social Analysis of India.
It was a enriching programme. In all 43 Teaching Staff Members were trained. From Presentation PU College, Dharwad 10 members attended the programme
