Sep 11: Bethany Educational Society, Western Province Dharwad, celebrated the Platinum Jubilee of BES, Mangalore on 06.09.2023 with Holy Eucharist at 9.00 am officiated by Most Rev Dr Derek Fernandes, Bishop of Belgaum concelebrated by 15 Priests at Presentation Girls' High School Auditorium, Dharwad.
Most Rev Dr Derek Fernandes, Bishop of Belgaum, Rev Sr Sally BS, the Provincial Superior, Western Province, Dharwad and her Councillors, Eminent personalities from the neighbouring religious communities, and the Alumni from various fields graced the occasion. The Platinum Jubilee witnessed a grand reunion of teachers of institutions of the Province providing a platform for networking, reminiscing, and sharing experiences. The celebration was adorned with cultural performances by the students of different Schools highlighting the Platinum Jubilee priorities.
The Priests alumni who are serving in Belgaum Diocese, former Corporate Managers, senior sisters who rendered yeomen service and the distinguished individuals associated with the institution were honored for their exceptional contributions to the society. The event was a resounding success, encapsulating decades of dedication, innovation, and impact.
