It was on the 18th October 2022, Bethany Convent High School, Salcete -Goa felicitated and bid adieus to three of their teaching staff members. A meaningful prayer service later stabilized a beautiful essence in the atmosphere. On behalf of the Management, each of the retiring teachers were felicitated with a shawl, a plaque and baskets of flowers and fruits by Sr. Dora (Deputy Secretary and Treasurer of B.E.S. Goa), Sr. Ida Lobo (Manager of the School) & the Headmistress, Sr. Flavia.The students and the teachers also paid their due respect to the departing teachers with cards and flowers. Impressive speeches about the teacher’s contribution to the all-round development of the school were delivered.
The students and the teachers of the school performed a cultural programme which ended with a vote of thanks wishing good health and long life for the retiring teachers. They were showered with blessings of peace, joy and love of the Lord and wished a happy retired life.
