August 12: Lavanya Jindal of Class IX C Sacred Heart Convent School, Barnala has made all the Sacred Heartian proud with her creative imagination that she has penned down in her book ‘Hester and the Crazy Fur’ published by Falcon Publication for which introduction is written by Education Minister, Punjab Mr Gurmeet Singh Hayer. She got the inspiration during Lock down while trying her hand on writing and mind in reading that turn into short stories. She made constructive use of Pandemic times. When the world was struggling with loneliness and depression, she invested her mind into creating a better version of herself. The book was released in the school by worthy principal Sr Lyra Lasrado. This endeavour is a motivation for all the students who dare to go beyond their potential. Life bestows us with blissful opportunities but the one who make the most of it always rise and shine. Principal Sr. Lyra appreciated and applauded her work of art.
