A National Level 18th Pool Life Saving Swimming Tournament was held at RAY Centre of swimming, Wilson Garden, Bangalore for the first time in South India. Pratheeksha N. Shenoy a student of Bethany English Medium School, Puttur studying in class 10th has participated and won 1 Gold medal in 50m Manikin carry, 5 Silver medals in 100 m Rescue medley, 4×50 m Obstacle swim relay, 4×50m Medley relay, 4×50m Mixed pool life saver relay, 4×25m Manikin carry relay and 2 Bronze medals in100m Manikin carry, 200m Obstacle swim under the guidance of Coach Partha Varanasi, Rohith, Deekshith and Seetharam in Dr.K.Shivarama Karantha Swimming Pool Balavana, Puttur.D.K
