Karate, like other Japanese martial arts is considered to be not only about fighting techniques, but also about spiritual cultivation which emphasises the perfection of character, the importance of efforts and respect for courtesy.
Congrats to Mohammed Zeeshan of class VII B, Farheen of class VI A, Nehan H.S of class IV B and Rushank Naik of class II B for winning the Gold medals in ICSE National Karate Sports Game – 2023 which was organised by Indian Council for Sports and Education.
