The Tribune organized a scrapbook making competition from 19 December 2016 to 4 February 2017 for students of 5th to 10th. 32 articles were given in the newspaper over this span, out of which 28 articles were to be put in a scrapbook in a creative way. The competition was among the students from Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand and the Tricity. Mehar K. Bhatia of class 10th of Sacred Heart Convent School, Ludhiana was declared first and received LG - 32 inch LED as a prize. The prize distribution was held at Law Auditorium, Panjab University, Chandigarh. Kudos to her.
