St. Joseph’s School, Mankalale, Sagar having people of educational temper desired to have their children study in an ICSE School, and as a response to the repeated request of the public the Management ventured into starting St. Joseph’s School, at Mankalale. As per the Government norms, a new school had to follow State syllabus at least for two years, after which it could be affiliated to ICSE Board. Accordingly, St. Joseph’s School was established under the patronage of St. Joseph on 01.08.2018 with classes from I-V, affiliated to State syllabus.

The friendly, caring ambience of the school, team spirit and smart work of the staff at its infancy has attracted people to seek admission to their words in to our institution. Currently, there is a rapid increase in the number of admissions. The strength of the school from I-V in the year 2018-19 was just 89. in the year 2019-20, when it was upgraded to Std. VI, the strength lose to 229 and in the year 2020-21, it sealed to Std VII with an amazing strength of 515.

We have 20 dedicated and smart teaching staff, and 08 supportive staff. We cater to the all round development of every child under our care, making alive the goal of Bethany Educational Society, “Education for fullness of life for all”. Students are smart, innovative and excel in curricular and Co-curricular activities.

At the completion of two years in the State syllabus, the school has applied for NOC from the State Government, to be affiliated to ICSE Board under the leadership of Sr Priyalatha B S Headmistress, under whose care the institution is making steady progress.
