We have come to an end of yet another enriching and event filled academic year 2023-24. With immense gratitude to God and joy in our hearts let us reflect and cherish the accomplishments and progress we have made during this year. Let us also celebrate and rejoice in our children’s achievements however big or small. Throughout the year, as educators, you have tirelessly nurtured the minds of our students, instilling in them not only academic excellence but also values of empathy, resilience and collaboration. Your unwavering commitment has made the students face the Board and School examinations courageously. Our students have risen upto our expectations, demonstrating remarkable growth and achievement in their academic pursuits, extracurricular activities and service to the community.
The State Board results of Class XII with a marked improvement in the performance of the students have brought much joy and happiness to all of us. I congratulate the students for their hard work and the staff for your persevering efforts in motivating them. Their passion for learning and their eagerness to make a positive impact inspires us. As we celebrate the culmination of this academic journey, let us also recognize the invaluable support of parents, guardians, volunteers and stakeholders who have contributed to the fruitful completion of the year. Their collaboration and dedication have been instrumental in creating an environment for every learner to thrive and grow.
This year was a historic one for Bethany Education Society as we concluded the celebration of the Platinum Jubilee of the Society. The entire BES family has received untold blessings from God. May God’s grace enable our institutions to carry forward in right earnest, in actualizing the theme and priorities of the Jubilee. The past year has been a testament to our collective dedication to foster knowledge, achieve excellence, inspire innovation and build fraternity.
23 January 2024 was a significant day in the annals of BES as we inaugurated the Twin Jubilee of the 150th birthday and 125th Ordination of our beloved Founder Msgr Raymond FC Mascarenhas who believed that education was a powerful tool to bring about transformation in the lives of all especially the rural masses, girl children and women. May his inspiration, motivate Bethany educators to impart fullness of life to all those who enter the portals of BES institutions. At this juncture, a major event is taking place in our country – the General Elections. Let us exercise our rights proudly and elect a government responsibly, worthy of this great nation; the leaders who will promote and uphold the Constitution of India and those who will work for the welfare of the people.
I wish you, the teaching faculty, and the student community, a relaxing and joy filled summer vacation. We await your return to school to start afresh the new academic year with renewed determination and enthusiasm.
