Dec 21 : The long awaited day finally arrived at the school premises of Maryvale High School, Kinnigoli on 9th December 2022. The school was decorated elegantly with lights, stars to celebrate the 16th Annual Day of the school. The function was presided over by Sr Shubha BS the Education Co-ordinator of Mangalore Province. The other dignitaries present on the dais were Mr Walter DSouza Nandalike, Sr Premlatha BS Superior of Maryvale Convent, Dr Anrick Savio Menezes and Miss Sowndarya Rao, the senior students of Maryvale High School. Sr Jacintha DSouza, the Headmistress extended warm welcome to all the dignitaries.
The students read the Annual Report and listed the achievements of the school of the year. All the distinguished guests were honoured and blessed the winners of District Level Volleyball team, Badminton, Karate and those who participated in the Divisional Level by giving the them trophies at the prize distribution ceremony.
The cultural events commenced with a scintillating opening ceremony. Theme based programmes on the day captivated the guests. Christmas Tableau presented by the students brought a kind of Christmas festive mood everywhere. The entire school had participated in the cultural event which enabled them to exhibit their talents. All had taken interest wholeheartedly towards the success of the grand event. The parents left the school with an energized feel, overwhelming happiness and with smiles on their faces after an exhilarating evening. We, the Headmistress, staff and students thank God and seek the intercession of our patron Mother Mary to continue the tradition of excellence in all our pursuits.
