July 19: Jyothi Composite P U College celebrated the Foundation Day and Investiture Ceremony on 10th July 2023 .The Event was conducted in the college Auditorium, the program commenced with a prayer dance followed by a Welcome Speech delivered by Ms. Jennifer, she welcomed the honorable Chief Guest Sr. Ann Tresa, the Correspondent of Jyothi Schools, Kacharakanahalli and Principal Sr. Betty D’Costa.
The welcome Address was followed by Lightning the lamp ceremony, the ceremony was highlighted by lighting of the lamp by our Chief Guest, Principal and Lecturers. A Skit was organized to highlight the Main Events of the Life of Msgr. Raymond F. C. Mascarenhas. The program was followed by Dance and Singing Performances.
The investiture ceremony is an official celebration of a person’s installation to his authority, power, and right to office. With the beginning of the new academic session for the year 2023-2024, the newly elected student council members pledged to work earnestly and uphold the honor and glory of the institution while receiving their prestigious Designations, badge and sash from our Honorable Correspondent Sr. Ann Tresa and Principal Sr. Betty D’Costa. The Ceremony was adorned by the College Representives and Other Cabinet members from different disciplines like cultural, sports, academic, discipline and cleanliness secretaries taking their Oaths to pledge their loyalties to the College. It was indeed a very Proud Moment for the College. The Importance of Environment day was highlighted as part of the event.
The Celebration was concluded by a Vote of thanks delivered by the college representive Ms. Chandrakala,
