Feb 22: A farewell is a bittersweet moment for everyone involved but especially poignant when it involves a beloved teacher. Seema Sharma teaching English, Social Sciences in St. Theresa’s Convent School, Karnal for three decades had a profound impact on the lives of her students, shap ing not only academic knowledge but also values and character. Her superannuation was celebrated on December 30, 2023 by students during the school hours and colleagues after school.
Sr. Priya Therese, Principal STCS glowingly through her words paid tribute. The students of class 9th and Cabinet members presented a beautiful cultural show reflecting on the memories and happy times she had spent in school. The afternoon goodbyes was an emotional affair. Ma’am Seema too shared her gratitude and experience sharing her hopes for the future. Heartfelt notes and songs by her colleagues and token of appreciation by the management and staff was a testament to the deep connections she shared with all.
