Mar 18: Smile is a pleasant expression of the heart. The Headmistress, Teachers and students of Std VI welcomed the students of Std VII with the school band ground to the auditorium. The day started with an introduction of “Smile” and a divine prayer service. Value based skits were enacted. Headmistress advised the students to be the light of the world. A light refreshment and a delicious lunch made the day more gay and healthy.
“Vijayabhava” a day of Gratitude
“Rev. Father Founder and Bethany Management, Respected Headmistress and dear teachers, I was a tiny tot when you spread opened and stretched your arms towards me. I was an empty vase; you filled me with flowers and colours. I am grateful for you brought out my talent and trusted me. I owe my gratitude to you. Today I am here, beautifully coloured, disciplined, respected, and responsible” – there were words of a student of Std. VII at the start of “Vijayabhava”.
The outgoing students were in tears, when Sr Tina said “We miss you children”. A prayer service was conducted by the Headmistress and the teachers wished well in life.
