July 5: Empowering teachers is the key to enhancing education. One of our greatest assets in the society are teachers. Loyola Primary and High school, Gadag organized a day's eventful and exciting orientation program for teachers on 5 July 2017. It was a joint venture. Resource person was Shri Rayappa Reddy, DIET Principal - Bellary. To equip the teachers with better classroom management skills a session was conducted. He spoke in length on the importance of RTE Act 2009, concept of teaching and Five E's i.e. Engage, Explore...
The session was interesting questionnaires, discussion and sharing of experiences. All the teachers were actively involved. The session culminated with expressing gratitude to the resource person to Sr Linda and Sr Neena for organising the enriching orientation for teachers.
