July 17: It was indeed a day joy to see the campus of St. Mary’s English Medium Higher Primary School buzzing in chatter of the students as we celebrated with great enthusiasm the 96th Foundation day.
The colourful programme began by honouring Fr Founder the Great architect, who championed the field of education. His portrait was brought in procession by the Headmistress, Sr Jennifer. The tiny tots danced with lovely steps. The skit on Fr Founder depicted his zeal and hard work, to bring up the Congregation.
Sister Jennifer the Headmistress spoke on journey of Bethany Educational Society founded by Rev Fr Raymond from its infancy giving education to thousands specially girls. The staff honoured the sisters on that day.
The beautiful celebration came to an end with the Bethany Anthem.
