June 25: “There is no teaching to compare with an Example”, Scouts and guides teaches how to live in wilderness keeping nature as a great Teacher. Golden arrow award is given to the meritorious cubs, which is one of the Scouts honours recognition award, conferred by the President of India. Cubs are selected after the camps and recognized the best with abilities to represent at National Level to receive the award.
Championship is won by Team of Hard Work. Scholars of Bethany English Medium School, Kilpady, Mulki Rishon Prjaval D’souza, Mohammed Rafil, Vinol Prakash Bennis, Anvith Y. Poojary, Sheikh Arkan Anwar, Pranam R., Thushar Rao,
B. Prathyush Rao, Gavin Aaron Menezes, Mayur B. Kotian, Anush Anchan, Joyan Chris D’Almeida out of these four were selected and represented Karnataka State and received the GOLDEN ARROW AWARD.
On 20th May 2018 the Prime Golden Arrow National Award Certificate Presentation Ceremony conferred by Dr Anil Kumar Jain, Hon’ble President, The Bharat Scouts and Guides, India, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) at National Headquarters of Bharat Scouts and Guides, New Delhi.
