March 6: The students of Class V to IX of Bethany Convent High School, Sao Jose de Areal were taken for an excursion. The Students of Std V to VII were taken to Bio-Diversity park, Mollem and VIII to IX to Zogatti Nature’s farm, Birondem. With their bags packed with games, food and a lot more, the children were very happy and excited to go for the excursion.
On reaching the destination, the children enthusiastically explored the alluring beauty and bounties of nature. The nature walk helped them to observe different types of plants all around them. The day was well spent enjoying, singing and interacting with each other. They played different games like tennikoit, volleyball, football, etc.
The visit to the park was a memorable one and it motivated the students to take care of their environment and to maintain cleanliness around them. It was a wonderful opportunity for all the children to strengthen their bonds and everyone came back to the school rejuvenated.
