March 06: Consecration Day is an annual celebration at Bethany Convent High School, where students, Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff comes together to honour those in consecrated life. The day began with a solemn Morning Prayer service led by the Primary section teachers. Special hymns and readings were chosen to reflect the theme “You are the Light of the world”. The High School section teachers then welcomed the Sisters of Bethany by presenting flowers! The sisters were requested to curve the cake and a token of appreciation was handed over by Tr. Santana to the Headmistress. The gathering was concluded by speeches given on the importance of the day by the Headmistress Sr. Flavia and Manager Sr. Ida.
